We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German Speaking Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Outreach: Proactively engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to drive sales.
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Lead Management & Negotiation: Efficiently manage your sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, identifying new sales opportunities and providing strategic insights to the team.
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies, share valuable insights, and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A strong passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Adaptable & Quick Learner: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about our products and services to provide informed and effective sales pitches.
