Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Germany

Duration: 4 years

Language: English (B2)

Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed budgets and measurements for architectural and civil works projects.
  • Extract accurate measurements from Building Information Modeling (BIM) models.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop reports, construction details, and specifications.
  • Draft high-quality documents related to quality, safety, health, and waste management.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Engineering degree in Public Works or Civil Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in architectural or civil works projects.
  • Experience in industrial projects is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of English language proficiency (B2-C1).
