GNSS Software Engineer
Elecnor Deimos is seeking talented engineers to join our GNSS Unit, focusing on innovative development in the realm of space system components.
Key Responsibilities:
The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Software Architecture Design
- Creation of software for Navigation Satellite applications
- Development of tools to support software qualification
- Software specification, design, development, and validation
Educational Background:
Candidates must possess a recognized degree in engineering (fields such as computer science, telecommunications, electrical, aerospace, or similar), physics, or mathematics.
Professional Experience:
Various levels of relevant professional experience will be taken into account for this position.
Technical Skills Required:
The following technical competencies are essential:
- Proven programming expertise in C/C++
- Strong familiarity with LINUX/UNIX programming environments
- Understanding of version control systems (CVS, GIT, etc.)
- Knowledge of software engineering methodologies and techniques
Additional skills that will be advantageous include:
- Proficiency in other programming languages such as Python
- Familiarity with Unified Modeling Language
- Experience with development methodologies (waterfall, iterative, agile-scrum, MBD, etc.)
- Experience in continuous integration
Language Proficiency:
A good command of English, both spoken and written, is required.
