Digital Sales Team Leader Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of digital sales professionals and drive revenue growth for our South EMEA Region.

As a Digital Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of 10-15 digital sales Account Managers, supporting lead management, opportunity creation, and deal closures.

You will conduct analysis of KPIs to strategize on performance improvement, set and track sales targets, and drive SME sales and customer relationships to achieve individual quota.

You will also develop a strong understanding of SoftwareONE services and solutions, and coach the assigned team of Account Managers.

Additionally, you will effectively engage solution architects as required to drive customer outcomes, maintain and implement best-in-class tools and processes, and act as the point of escalation from the team.

You will collaborate with the alliances team on developing marketing collateral, hire and build out a world-class digital sales team, and own quota of sales team reporting to you.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 8+ years in digital sales role
  2. 3+ years experience managing digital sales
  3. Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close
  4. Strong leadership skills including coaching and people development, client relationships, and conflict management
  5. Knowledge of enterprise technology
  6. Sales forecasting and data analytics
  7. Enthusiasm for technology sales
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
  9. Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian (at least 2 of them)
