Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of health and safety professionals to ensure compliance with local regulations and Amazon's safety standards.
- Analyse data reports and root causes to provide leadership with the information needed to make informed safety-related decisions.
- Provide guidance and support for health and safety projects and policies, ensuring they are aligned with Amazon's safety vision.
- Develop and implement programs to improve the safety culture within Amazon, promoting a culture of safety and inclusivity.
You will be part of the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team, which plays a critical role in our success. Our team uses air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centres equipped with the latest technology, to ensure Amazon's transport runs at maximum efficiency.
Requirements- Education to a degree level and qualification in Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (including specialisations in Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía & Psicosociología aplicada) following Spanish Health and Safety regulations.
- Relevant experience managing a team and complying with local Health and Safety legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language.
