We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Claire's. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and promoting products.
- Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge and provide recommendations to drive sales.
- Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
- Provide ear piercing services to customers, with full training provided.
- Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
Claire's is a leading high street fashion retailer with over 3000 stores globally, specializing in fashionable jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics products. Our core customer ranges from children to young women, and we accommodate all our customers' moods, attitudes, and styles.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Some high school education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Sound mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension.
- The ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
- The ability to maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- The ability to bend, stoop, and climb ladders and step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers.
- The ability to operate a POS system.
