HR Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Representative to join our team at Avery Dennison. As a key member of our Global Workforce Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and ensuring a positive work experience.

• Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management teams
• Resolve employment relations matters and escalate as necessary
• Manage PeopleSoft data transactions and employment contracts
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on administrative procedures
• Ensure high-quality standards for all GWO activities and initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Experience with PeopleSoft data transaction management
• Ability to generate a sense of urgency and escalate issues as necessary
• Excellent written communication skills
• Spanish and English language proficiency
