Job Description

At GMV, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a Líder Técnico/a. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical projects, designing and developing web applications using Java and related technologies, and collaborating with design teams to create intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical project management and design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, implement and manage relational and non-relational databases, and collaborate with design teams to create user interfaces.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, perform software testing and code debugging, and participate in code reviews and sprint planning sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and development best practices.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Java and related frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.
  • Experience with Frontend Technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively.
