MetaWealth is a pioneering investment platform that leverages blockchain technology to tokenize real estate assets, transforming physical properties into digital tokens representing ownership stakes. This innovative approach lowers the entry threshold for investors and enhances transparency, security, and efficiency by utilizing smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms.

Our in-house asset management team provides passive investments for our customers, resolving traditional real estate investing challenges. With exclusive real estate investments in Romania and Spain, we are expanding to four new markets, offering opportunities to work with stunning real estate globally.

Job Summary

We are seeking a young, sales-driven, and ambitious Wealth Advisor to join our scaling international team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to control your own destiny, break records, and grow within the fastest emerging market in the global real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and sell real estate investments to local and international clients.
  • Work closely with all members of the MetaWealth team to exceed client expectations.
  • Grow MetaWealth's business through efficient use of time with clients, prospective clients, centers of influence, and community involvement.
  • Develop and manage existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
  • Participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.
  • Work with the firm's portfolio management team to incorporate clients' investment strategies with their planning objectives.
  • Participate in local and international events.
  • Participate in marketing content creation as led by the Marketing Team.
  • Coordinate and execute in-person meetings and video conference meetings.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-sales cycle experience.
  • 3+ years of full-sales cycle experience within real estate, investment banking, or FinTech.
  • Near-native fluency in both English and Romanian.
  • Proven ability to network with prospective clients and centers of influence.
  • Self-motivated, highly driven, and entrepreneurial personality.
  • Active listening and critical thinking skills.
  • Client-first attitude.
  • Team player with strong coaching and leadership skills.
Good to Have
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in technology or financial services sales, financial advisory, or relationship management role.
  • Experience working with Web3 technology, including blockchain.
  • Experience working within a FinTech or Start-Up environment.
