Your Responsibilities
As a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant, you will take charge of designing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP HCM system (ECC and S/4).
- Act as a subject matter expert and technical leader in SAP HCM, focusing on Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and/or Time Management.
- Showcase and clarify the functionalities and best practices of the SAP Payroll and/or Time Management modules.
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements effectively.
- Analyze requirements, design solutions, and draft functional specifications.
- Execute system configuration tasks.
- Develop payroll and time management schemas and rules for payroll processing.
- Configure and support the Payroll Control Center.
- Ensure seamless system integration and processes related to Payroll and Time Management.
- Conduct functional and system integration testing.
- Provide support for UAT, training, data migration, and cutover during projects.
- Address and resolve incidents that may occur in both production and non-production SAP environments.
- Review, analyze, and test the impact of payroll-related changes included in support packages.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
- Significant experience in SAP Payroll, including gross-to-net calculations and payroll integrations.
- Familiarity with Positive Time Management.
- Basic configuration experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is advantageous.
- Understanding of ABAP (debugging and basic development).
- Proficiency in English, with French and/or Dutch as a second or first language.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a project setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
