Process Engineer – Offshore Technical Support Specialist

## Job Summary
We're seeking a Process Engineer to join our Offshore Technical Support team. As a Process Engineer, you'll play a critical role in supporting our production lines, setup, and lead task forces to ensure smooth startup of receiving factories. You'll also coordinate technology transfer projects for Onshore and Offshore platforms, working closely with stakeholders from Nacelles Corporate Operations manufacturing facilities.
## Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate task forces or workstreams within the team
* Implement process improvements within SGRE factories
* Coordinate Technology Transfer projects for serial product platforms
* Ensure smooth production startup following SGRE procedures
* Serve as a point of contact for technical aspects with PMO and global process engineering department
* Identify process deviations and opportunities for continuous improvement
* Support best practices for Technology Transfer
## Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with over 3 years of relevant experience in production or wind industry
* Leadership or project management skills with experience in it
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German proficiency a plus
* Creativity and ability to develop a flexible approach to changing conditions
* High team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective stakeholder management skills
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment
* Good process management skills, Lean and Six Sigma qualifications preferred
* Proven experience in proactive and self-driven approach to tasks and ownership
* Up to 30% travel availability
