About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the operational performance and data quality of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, company, products, tools, and team.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external customers to deliver successful installations and meet customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel and provide support in assigned geography, as well as periodic travel to other areas and overnight travel.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written communication.
