Key Responsibilities:- Engage in sales handovers and project onboarding with the wider project team
- Implement quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives
- Lead and participate in workshops, prioritizing requirements and identifying opportunities for customer success
- Deliver approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable
- Support customer solution reviews and health checks, identifying opportunities to expand Unit4's footprint
- Engage in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers
- Stay relevant on new technologies, legislations, and good practice, sharing knowledge both internally and externally
- Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English
- Excited about technology-enabled change
- Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure
