About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Migration Team Lead to join our team at Importante Empresa. As a Data Migration Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale data migration initiatives, ensuring seamless data transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver data migration projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies, methodologies, and governance standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Markets, Data and Analytics, and other relevant departments to align data migration strategies with overarching business goals and Importante Empresa's data governance policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential data migration risks, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the migration process.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging post-migration analysis to refine the approach and process, enhance data quality, and optimize future deployment activities and methodology.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading multiple large-scale data migration initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data migration practices, processes, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
