About the Role:
The Revenue Growth Specialist will be a key member of our Revenue Growth team, responsible for driving sales growth through the sale of our add-on products, including Demand Plus and Pay. These solutions help hotels increase visibility on high-performing travel sites and streamline payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue upgrade opportunities with existing customers, showcasing the value of Demand Plus and Pay in driving revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to activation and ongoing support, ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform our sales strategy and overcome objections.
- Develop and maintain expertise on Demand Plus and Pay, advocating for their value proposition and ROI within the organization and with customers.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the hotel industry and the challenges faced by accommodation owners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
