- Utilize reference materials, glossaries, and other tools to ensure consistency and accuracy in translations.
- Participate in calls and meetings with clients to gather feedback and maintain relationships.
- Provide meaningful feedback to project managers and external linguists on project-specific non-conformances and quality issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
- Perform project QA steps and maintain translation memories.
- Assist in the creation and update of preflight material, glossaries, and other reference materials.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
- Prior experience with marketing and/or life science content translation.
- Cultural knowledge in both target and source languages.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different assignments and tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
- Organization skills and self-motivation.
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
