About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Analyst to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing technical and functional problems and proposing functional corrections/adaptations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze technical and functional problems and propose functional corrections/adaptations
  • Workday knowledge (HCM, business processes, configuration of PECI) is a plus
  • Functional knowledge in payroll/HR technology and/or payroll/HR integrations and processes is a plus
  • Agile thinking and working methods are a matter of course
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree combined with relevant experience as a functional analyst (5+ years of experience)
  • Excellent researcher and analyst, with sharp problem-solving skills
  • Pro-active, independent worker, but mainly a team player
  • Cool and calm in a high-demanding environment in transition
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Second European language is a plus (FR, DE, NL, ES,...)
