About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Sd Worx. As a key member of our payroll management team, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing the service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service Start-up Management: Develop and implement procedures manuals and payroll calendars to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Customer Management: Manage customer relationships at the local level and monitor activity at the corporate level for international companies.
  3. Service Monitoring and Customer Follow-up: Regularly review and improve service delivery to ensure high-quality results.
  4. Billing and Order Management: Monitor billing for dependent clients and place orders for additional services as needed.
  5. Expert Support and Advice: Provide guidance and support to the team on procedures with official organizations, labor, and payroll optimization.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years of relevant experience in payroll and employment law.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar leading position.
  3. Team leadership and client management skills.
  4. High analytical and prioritization skills as well as experience in conflict management.
  5. Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation.
  6. Excellent command of English.
  7. We value experience with Integro and SAP.
