ServiceNow Solution Architect

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect at Amaris Consulting, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. With a strong background in ServiceNow administration and development, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and coordinating projects to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to governance processes, providing strategic direction for new technologies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop project portfolios and solution roadmaps, leveraging your expertise in business requirements, technology, and industry drivers.
- Ensure BI architectural governance is up-to-date, reviewing and approving demands and changes to maintain a stable and scalable ServiceNow environment.
- Act as a scout for innovation, running Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and preparing cost-benefit evaluations to drive business value.
- Optimize existing technologies for the digital age, focusing on stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and participate in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
- Identify opportunities to combine similar solution needs into reusable building blocks, promoting efficiency and reducing costs.
- Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies, ensuring expertise and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Host Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and approve them, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documents to communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Monitor instance performance, security, user interface, and propose improvements to enhance end-user experience.
