System and Network Infrastructure Specialist

SOLARCA GROUP, a leading player in cleaning and chemical decontamination, is seeking a highly skilled System and Network Engineer to join our team. As a key service provider for the Energy, Refining, and Petrochemical sectors worldwide, we are committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, manage, and improve communications networks, including WAN, LAN, Telephony, and Internet.
- Design and deploy massively virtual server farms on Windows and Linux systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that hardware and software are efficient, perfectly adapted to our needs, and constantly evolving. This will involve:
- Maintaining hardware and system and network software in operational condition.
- Diagnosing hardware and software errors and malfunctions.
- Repairing faults and malfunctions.
- Providing evolutionary and corrective maintenance based on major technological developments.
- Measuring and optimizing system performance.
The role will also involve contributing to the evolution of our current infrastructure linked to a hybrid Cloud strategy driven by Applications hosted on Azure, Office 365, and the project to deploy our ERP in Azure. This includes:
- The deployment of our strategy to gradually evolve our Enterprise network from MPLS to SD-WAN.
- The need to better isolate the Management Network from Industrial Networks, to prevent a Cyber attack on one from contaminating the other.
- The resilience of our systems, and recovery in the event of a physical or malicious incident.
- Reinforcing IT security in the face of Cyber risks.
- Minimum qualification: CFGS Network Computer Systems Administration (Grado Superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in multinational companies.
- Native Spanish or advanced level.
- French is a plus.
- Good sense of customer relations and a great capacity for organization and autonomy.
- Technical skills on operating systems, networking, servers, Active Directory, SQL, backups system, virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure, and more.
