Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Catenon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our network of Official Dealers in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Catalonia, Aragon, and Levante regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase sales revenue through our existing Official Dealers network.
  2. Identify and recruit new partners to expand our network, while maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience and drive business growth.
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform our sales strategy.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our project, philosophy, and values to our community of dealers.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant sales experience, preferably in the promotional industry (B2B).
  2. Fluent English and Catalan language skills, with additional European languages an asset.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
  4. Ability to connect with people and build strong relationships.
  5. Business acumen and knowledge of IT tools.
