The Role
We are in search of a Mobile Technology Specialist who will take charge of the technological roadmap for the development of iOS and Android applications. The functionality, dependability, and architecture of these applications play a crucial role in our daily operations. The Mobile Technology Specialist should possess extensive experience in mobile application development, particularly in creating status and control visualizations and configuration tools that interact with building automation systems and equipment controllers.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end technology roadmap for iOS and Android application development.
- Ensuring the technical competence and alignment of the team with company values.
- Collaborating closely with clients and operations to thoroughly understand business requirements.
- Establishing a strong, trustworthy relationship with clients, becoming a vital partner.
Candidate Profile
Who Are You?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Engineering).
- Over 10 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Profound expertise in the two primary mobile development platforms (iOS and Android).
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Familiarity with UX best practices and a commitment to achieving outstanding usability.
- Mobile Development Certification is highly desirable.
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient in English (C1 level).
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internally.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
