- Expertise in Mobile and Free-to-Play (F2P) gaming with multiple shipped titles.
- Minimum 6 years of game design experience.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, market trends, and target audiences.
- Proficiency in driving game design using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in prototyping and shipping games with Unity or Unreal engines.
- Strong knowledge of Game Design principles.
- Exceptional communication skills for clear and concise documentation and feedback.
- Attention to detail, both from technical and artistic perspectives.
- Familiarity with scripting languages.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative leadership style.
- Passion for gaming and keen attention to detail.
