About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Architect to join our team at ArcelorMittal. As a Product Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial solutions for our steel industry clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
  • Participate in Agile teams and work closely with business stakeholders to understand client needs and requirements.
  • Translate client requirements into business and technical architectures.
  • Ensure that product development is carried out within budget and timeline.
  • Integrate product architecture with other products in the ScaleUp suite.
  • Steer the product team in development and plan next releases with product owners.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders, including IT and business teams.
  • Work with local domain managers to increase developer performance and skills.
Requirements
  • Experience in IT transversal project management.
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
  • Proven working experience as an IT architect (business and technical).
  • Understanding of modern architectures.
  • Experience in agile development methodology.
  • Creativity in finding/exploring solutions.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Efficient communication skills towards different stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of test methodology and current security guidelines.
  • Knowledge in steel industry/supply chain is a plus.
  • Knowledge in business process modeling and BPMN diagrams.
  • Language skills: English (excellent level or native), Spanish or Dutch (excellent level) – French/German is a plus.
