Flowserve Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Mecatronic Trainee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collaborating with area supervisors and tutors to analyze processes and propose improvements.
Your Role:
As a Mecatronic Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in different areas of the factory, analyzing processes and proposing improvements to the tutor. You will also be responsible for daily communication with area supervisors and weekly communication with the tutor at the work center.
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in mechatronics, including interpretation of mechanical drawings and knowledge of manufacturing concepts. You will also need to be proactive, cooperative, and willing to work in a team.
