Analytics Specialist for Vendor Flex Operations in Europe

Role Overview: As a Vendor Flex Analytics Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and overseeing Customer Experience metrics for Vendor Flex locations throughout Europe.

We are looking for a candidate who excels in prioritization, clear communication, and has a proven history of delivering results.

You will collaborate with various teams to provide insightful analyses, support, and actionable recommendations to Operations teams and their stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis and collaborate with Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations leaders to identify and develop new standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize insights from Support Teams to generate and implement innovative improvement strategies for Flow Analytics.
  • Proactively ensure that best practices are shared and standardized across all sites.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Operations, Transportation, and Customer Experience.
  • Continuously assess site performance related to Flow Analytics and implement corrective measures to enhance productivity and Customer Experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Experience in logistics or operational environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical capabilities, utilizing data from SQL, workbench, or QuickSight to develop insightful and practical solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies and their application in industrial contexts.
  • Prior experience with Vendor Flex, possessing comprehensive knowledge of its systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project management and a commitment to achieving team objectives.
  • A long-term vision for career development through diverse operational roles within the organization.
