Serve as the primary finance expert and trusted advisor on financial matters, fostering a strong financial acumen within the business. Assess industry, economic, financial, and market trends to project the organization's financial and competitive positioning over various time horizons. Oversee and evaluate the financial performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Guarantee the implementation and adherence to key reporting principles and accurate costing parameters, ensuring the integrity of managerial reporting. Conduct thorough analyses of weekly and monthly actual performance, identifying deviations from planned outcomes. Prepare and present executive summaries of performance to business leaders, facilitating discussions on actions and follow-ups. Assist in the planning and forecasting processes to ensure strategic alignment. Ensure timely consolidation and reporting of plans and forecasts, adhering to established deadlines.Professional Qualifications:
A master's or bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline. A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience, particularly in controlling and consolidation. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is advantageous. Familiarity with Excel and SAP is required.
