Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving data-based performance and culture, maximizing the use of existing information and data, and supporting the Meeting Place Team in day-to-day navigation through available data, analytics, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Data-Based Performance: Analyze customer behavior and habits based on external market data, maximizing usage of existing and new data, and supporting targeted communication with customers.
- Provide Business Insights: Define and analyze customer insights using existing and developing new surveys, and present relevant, user-friendly business information to secure competence in Meeting Places.
- Support Decision-Making: Perform data analysis to identify trends, present it in an understandable and actionable manner, and assist the Meeting Place Management Team in identifying opportunities and potential risks to develop action plans.
- Conduct Multidimensional Analysis: Analyze store visitation/conversion trends and their interdependency with MP activities to create a basis for actions aimed at driving visitation to IKEA.
- Support Local Budget Coordination: Assist the Meeting Place Manager with local budget coordination and follow-up, and support the Meeting Place Manager in local budget scenario planning to analyze risks and possibilities of MP performance.
