Your Work Environment
As a Group Underwriting Technical Platform Specialist, you will be part of our global headquarters, where our corporate activities are centered. You will work closely with our subsidiaries around the world to ensure the coordination and monitoring of our global strategy, the application of our standards, and the consistency of our commercial approaches.
Your Job and Daily Missions
Job Purpose: The job purpose is to create and drive a strong internal Technical Underwriting Governance, Risks & Controls communications strategy, associated tools, and assets creation to support our Technical Platform Strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Development and implementation of GUO Technical Underwriting Platform Governance (Risks & Controls) Communications Framework.
- Deliver communications plan and assets for critical UW Governance and Risk Appetite updates.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of GUO Technical Underwriting Governance Communications Tools.
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of GUO Technical Excellence / Underwriting Governance Communications Asset creation.
- Ensure the effective delivery of regular and ad hoc GUO reporting on Technical UW Platform communications delivery.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates the ability to drive change in a matrix & international environment.
- Has the ability to communicate technical guidance comprehensively.
- Background in Underwriting / wordings preferable.
- Can develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Languages: Fluent French, Spanish is a plus.
- Experience: Experience in helping establish & execute a strategy at regional/global level.
- Proven experience interacting with Senior leaders.
- Proven experience in SharePoint sites management and communication framework implementation (5+ years).
