About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team at Chemgineering Holding AG. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation and control systems for various industries in the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation and control documentation for integrated engineering projects
  • Define functional specifications of control systems
  • Design automation and control architectures
  • Prepare I/O lists, instrumentation lists, and instrument specifications
  • Design control loops using specialized software
  • Design junction boxes and marshalling panels
  • Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates
Requirements
  • Between two and five years of experience as an automation and control engineer
  • Flexible profile with interest in developing as an electrical engineer
  • Required experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical-pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, healthcare, cosmetics, or food industry
  • Preferable knowledge of GAMP 4 and GAMP 5
  • Native or superior level in Spanish, medium/high level of English (fluent communication, both spoken and written). Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Knowledge of specific design tools, such as e-Plan, would be a plus
  • Willingness to travel (occasional short-term national travel)
