We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team at La Casita de Inglés. As a teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to work with children in a fun and interactive environment, using a variety of teaching methods to engage and educate your students.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience teaching or working with children in a professional capacity, as well as a native English accent or a C2 English certificate. You will be responsible for teaching English to children through games, arts and crafts, singing, dancing, theatre, yoga, and baking. Our school provides almost all of the planning for you, so you can focus on tailoring the ideas to your specific groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to children through a variety of fun and interactive methods
- Use provided planning to tailor lessons to specific groups
- Work with small classes of up to 8 children per class
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents
Working Conditions
Our after-school program runs from Mondays to Fridays, 17:30-19:30, and on Saturdays, 11:00-13:00. You will have the option to work in our many camps and workshops throughout the year, as well as the opportunity for growth within the company.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience teaching or working with children in a professional capacity
- Native English accent or a C2 English certificate
- Current, non-expired legal working status in Spain
