Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving digital marketing efforts, lead acquisition strategies, content creation, CRM management, analytics, media PR, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Graitec Group's social media platforms, including local Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
- Oversee the management of local websites, ensuring translations from the English website to Czech and/or Slovak websites are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and corporate team to develop and maintain the company's website.
- Act as a facilitator for digital initiatives, fostering a digital culture within the organization.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain a webinar calendar in coordination with the sales department.
- Localize lead acquisition campaigns to align with corporate objectives and target audience needs.
- Assist in implementing and deploying an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for long-term lead generation.
- Prepare and translate newsletters campaigns.
- Monitor Marketing and Sales funnel metrics to track performance and optimize conversion rates across the buyer journey.
