Responsibilities:

* Manage all phases of SAP Data Migration
* Design, develop, and execute data migration objects
* Enhance and debug migration objects
* Assess and improve data quality
* Lead data extraction and transformation workshops
* Build data profiling, cleansing, and transformation processes
* Support data load and cutover activities
* Develop and test complex data cleansing rules
* Create validation reports for business owners

Requirements:

* 5+ years in SAP Data Migration
* Experience with end-to-end Data Migration Projects for SAP
* Technical knowledge of BODS and S/4 Hana Migration Cockpit
* Proficiency in S4 Hana Data Migration, Fiori app, LTMC, LTMOM
* LSMW is a plus
* Expertise in Data Models, Database Design (Oracle SQL or MS SQL), Access queries, and report writing
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* ABAP development experience is an advantage
* Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and SQL queries
* Understanding of Configuration, Master, and Transactional data handling
* Strong communication skills and proactive personality
