Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team at Admiral Seguros. As a key member of our Corporate Governance department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our business areas on regulatory matters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and training to business units on applicable regulations and laws.
- Review and ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and business needs for documents and contracts.
- Support the resolution of legal queries and record regulatory interactions.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date on relevant regulations affecting Admiral Seguros and provide expert advice to business units.
- Participate in conducting compliance reviews as per the annual plan.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Law with 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Compliance/Legal department of an insurance company.
- High level of written and spoken English.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Presentations, Docs).
- Certifications in compliance and insurance sector courses are a plus.
