About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing and Advertising: Plan and execute regular marketing activities and events to align with our marketing plan, including developing creative ideas to leverage revenue generation opportunities and brand awareness.
  2. Social Media Content: Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our hotel's services and amenities, including creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.
  3. General: Assist in the development and execution of all marketing activities, including supporting communications duties and functions as needed.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field, with 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area.
  2. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
  3. Competencies: Adaptability, Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Coworker Relationships, and Customer Relationships.
