The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Sustainable Aviation team as a Sustainable Aviation Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement sustainability strategies, assess and support compliance with regulatory schemes, and drive the decarbonization of the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies for clients in the aviation industry
  • Assess and support compliance with regulatory schemes, including the EU ETS, UK ETS, and CORSIA
  • Conduct research and analysis on market-based measures and carbon markets
  • Develop and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions to complex problems

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of market-based measures and regulatory frameworks in the aviation sector
  • Knowledge of emission monitoring and accounting methodologies in the aviation sector
  • Good working knowledge of sustainable aviation fuels and their role in reducing compliance obligations
  • Experience working in a team to deliver complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
