About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Manufacturing Functional Expert to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation program, you will be responsible for integrating complex business processes within/or between SAP systems and other Manufacturing Assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build processes for Manufacturing operations, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
  • Collaborate with cluster operations teams to shape new opportunities and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and desired capabilities.
  • Turn aligned requirements into clear user stories and collaborate with colleagues and development teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Execute functional solution design, considering customer/user experience, data modeling, and relationships, as well as integration implications with other internal and external platforms.
  • Collaborate with technical resources to determine technical design and understand the impact and implications of various solution options.
  • Manage key stakeholders, set expectations on development approach and timelines, and identify key risks to mitigate.
  • Guide business stakeholders on successfully activating designed solutions and run, execute, and deliver SAP solutions in project mode.
  • Provide level 3 support on SAP Core solution for complex issues and support key users during data migration runs.

Requirements
  • Excellent functional knowledge on SAP Manufacturing/Make functional domain (SAP PP-LE).
  • Implementation experience with SAP PP, PM, QM, LIMS; Computer System Validation; System Interfacing; Labelling, Barcoding, and Scanning.
  • Good ABAP understanding and General IT skills (network, middleware technology).
  • Previous exposure to Project management aspects.
  • Familiarity with concept of enterprise architecture and complex system landscape.
  • Customer-driven, with strong ability to own and drive initiatives.
  • Well-versed business acumen in digital maintenance and operations.
  • Familiarity or experience in agile way of working, Scrum methodology a plus.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with business or technical focus.
  • Experience in turning business ideas into digital tools.
  • Fluent in English.
