As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Business Units by coordinating the entire operational risk management process.
Key Responsibilities- Support Business Unit Operations: Provide timely reporting on audit items and maintain activities in our company audit tool, including coordination and follow-up with stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Implement and develop the risk framework of SIX Group Services Ltd. in collaboration with our Business and Security Information Services team.
- Status Reporting: Provide monthly and yearly status reports to the business unit and senior management.
- External Audit Support: Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors for external audit activities.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Support the coordination of data collections and updates from the business unit for yearly reports on regulatory topics.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in an audit and risk environment.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: A responsible and communicative personality with a precise way of working and the ability to identify and solve problems systematically.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical flair and excellent Excel and MS Word skills.
- Language Skills: Very good written and spoken English and Spanish.
