About the Role

Ct Ingenieros is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and improving occupational health and safety procedures aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
  • Investigate incidents and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with management to improve safety processes and procedures
  • Communicate safety information to employees and stakeholders
Requirements
  • University education in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in a specialization such as Safety in the Workplace, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics and Psicosociology
  • At least 5 years of experience in a health and safety role
  • Knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety regulations and standards
  • Proficient in risk management techniques, safety management systems, and incident investigation methodologies
