About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinador PRL to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, environmental science).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- C1 level of English language proficiency.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
