**Job Summary**

Castlepark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the evolution of our data platform. As the Chief Data Architect, you will be responsible for driving the company's data strategy and ensuring the quality of our data deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and orchestrate data solutions on cloud, hybrid, and on-premises systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to the data team, including training and guidance on data solutions.
  • Research industry trends and standard methodologies to improve data platform performance and identify opportunities for data monetization.
  • Establish and maintain data partnerships with external organizations, vendors, and industry experts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and develop policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
  • Lead, hire, develop, and manage a team of data professionals to drive business growth and innovation.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, governance, and strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong technical skills in data platforms, cloud computing, and data governance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
