About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Planner to join our team in Madrid. As an Industrial Planner, you will play a critical role in managing demand, optimizing site resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze demand forecasts from various teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Inject demand forecasts into our Core Planning Tools, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Manage anticipation processes, including consolidating, checking, and performing netting when sales orders are placed.
  • Validate firm demand, ensuring alignment between project teams and suppliers.
  • Guarantee data accuracy within our ERP system.
  • Collaborate with the S&OP team for global consolidation.
  • Participate in the SIOP cycle, proposing feasible scenarios to support decision-making.
  • Ensure SIOP instance decisions are reflected in MPS and Material Delivery Plans.
  • Report WIP and FG for HI consolidation in a timely manner.
  • Calculate KPIs according to standard rules.

About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A university or engineering degree (Master's degree).
  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Planning.
  • Knowledge of E2E vision for Industrial Planning and process impact in ERP for procurement and manufacturing (desirable).
  • Good knowledge of Core Planning Tools, ERP, and Excel.
  • High-level English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Innovative, proactive, and autonomous.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Able to synthesize critical issues.
