Omega CRM, a leading provider of Customer Experience services, is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and functional teams in delivering successful Salesforce implementations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to support sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Delivery Managers to ensure technical leadership and comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
- Identify and notify risks in technical project management, ensuring project profitability and smooth progress.
- Ensure compliance with software quality standards and supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
- Participate in project demos and ensure final delivery of technical documentation.
- Develop and train the technical team, advising on methodological improvements and identifying technical up-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com implementations, with a focus on full lifecycle projects.
- Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and agile methodologies.
- High level of English proficiency.
