About the Role

Scopely is seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our Marketing team in a Hybrid capacity. As a key member of our in-house creative agency, Flamed, you will be responsible for creating impactful ads for advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative team, project managers, and consumer marketing to develop innovative ad campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, ideate, and build storyboards and/or animatics to illustrate ideas before production.
  • Design and build full-motion video from approved concepts or animate various assets to be integrated with other video components.
  • Work in a constructive cross-feedback environment with attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Excellent video reel demonstrating a wide range of solid motion design work and animation skills.
  • Proficient in standard tools of the trade: After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine, and Photoshop.
  • Strong design skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to drive an idea from conception to completion.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Motion Designer.
  • Passion for mobile games, especially Monopoly GO.

Nice to Have

  • Additional knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, and 3D Modeling and/or illustration.
  • Experience in creating social media and user acquisition ads.
  • Proactive interest in various tools using AI technology.
  • Character animation, VFX, and particle simulations.
