Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Life Guard to join our team at Castillo Hotel Son Vida. As a Life Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our swimming pools.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail while on duty, ensuring the safety of guests in and around the pool area.
- Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations, providing first aid and assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular pool inspections to ensure the water quality and pool equipment are in good working order.
- Monitor and maintain the pool area, including cleaning and maintaining pool furniture and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a lifeguard or in a related role.
- Current lifeguard certification and first aid training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
