We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Restock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Enter guest rooms following established procedures and ensure vacancy before entering.
- Replace guest amenities and supplies, make beds, and fold linens.
- Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and perform floor care duties.
- Check appliances and furniture for cleanliness and functionality.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary information with discretion.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
