Pre-Clinical Quality Assurance Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Clinical Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Galderma Pharma S.A. in Barcelona. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our pre-clinical development activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive R&D auditing strategy for pre-clinical development activities.
- Collaborate with R&DQA/Innovation Quality partners to define, manage, and implement the audit program.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company outsourcing governance.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of the Quality Management System dedicated to Pre-Clinical Development.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
- Strong knowledge of GLP regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
