Laboratory Technician

At VHIR, we are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our researchers in the preparation and processing of human samples for molecular biology techniques.
Responsibilities:- Human Sample Management: Manage and process tumor samples, liquid biopsies, and other human samples for research purposes.
- DNA and RNA Extraction: Extract DNA and RNA from human samples using various techniques.
- Support of Researchers: Provide technical support to researchers in the laboratory, including preparation of buffers, sample processing, and laboratory management.
- Education and Qualifications: FPII or similar degree.
- Experience and Knowledge: Knowledge of human sample processing, molecular biology techniques, and proficiency in collaborative teamwork.
- Incorporation to Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), a public sector institution promoting biomedical research, innovation, and teaching.
