Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing property-level communications to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive demand and awareness for our hotel.
  2. Represent the brand in all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with Marriott International's core values and corporate strategies.
  3. Create and implement on and offline marketing strategies to drive consumer awareness and preference.
  4. Verify that our owned and earned channels are updated regularly, collaborating with our Digital Field Marketing Hub.
  5. Maintain frequent engagement with our Digital Field Marketing Hub to ensure alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about online programs and initiatives.
  6. Work closely with our Director of Marketing to plan, direct, and coordinate digital paid media strategies on a weekly basis for our Rooms segment.
  7. Define and execute the yearly Social Media strategy, organic and paid, for our hotel.
  8. Manage our 24/7 community management, collaborating with our Marketing Executive.
  9. Partner with our Revenue Management team to ensure correct offer loading and targeting.
  10. Drive the content creation plan for our property, from strategy to tactics and execution.
  11. Participate in idea generation to enhance our property's overall positioning.
  12. Attend relevant meetings, ensuring active participation, timely follow-up, and proactive dissemination of communication points.
  13. Execute promotions targeting our hotel's various market segments, collaborating with our Sales team.
  14. Be an early adopter and champion for innovation, delivering results, channel engagement, and enhanced guest experience.
  15. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners, suppliers, and vendors.
  16. Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally.
  17. Monitor strategy results and business goals on an ongoing basis, exercising critical and analytical thinking.

Requirements:

  1. 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related major; 1-year experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
  2. OR
  3. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related major and 4 years' experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred.
