About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing our cloud monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, reliable, and performant cloud monitoring solutions using Java or Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and design patterns.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that code meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.
  • Work closely with QA engineers to identify and resolve defects.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud monitoring and observability.

Requirements

  • Strong background in Java or Python programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of design patterns, clean code principles, and test-driven development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Experience with building and designing solutions in cloud technologies.
  • Good English skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and a proactive approach.
